Broadway Singers Show Choir Auditions

Musical Director Julie Pietrangelo is seeking singers in all sections, particularly Altos and Bass/Baritones, to add to the ensemble for 2010-2011. Don’t pass up your chance to join the ranks of London’s  Broadway Singers choir just completed their 10^th anniversary. If you want to work with a group of multi-talented individuals who are passionate about performing to the maximum of their abilities and if you want to be part of a unique and tremendously dynamic choir that pushes the envelope in terms of what choral groups are expected to do, then you must call or write us today!

We are looking for singers with good stage presence, reading music is not necessary although it is a welcome asset. Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 . All you need is a good ear, a strong voice, coachability and willingness to  commit to the rehearsal schedule and the team and a LOVE of singing Broadway music! The annual fee for each choir member is $125.00

What you need to audition:

• Prepare a song from the Broadway repertoire.
• Bring the piano sheet music with you; a pianist will be available to accompany you.
• Please do not bring taped music!
• The music must be in the correct key because transposition will not be possible.
